Helpdesk & FAQ

Use our Helpdesk when you want to contact us on the web. You do not have to register to use this service, but if you want to look over your Support History directly on our Helpdesk and not search through your e-mail, you will need to register. All inquiries between you and JetCarrier will be sent directly to your e-mail.

NOTE: If you choose to register as a user on our Helpdesk website, it is a seperate account from your account that you use to send to your packages.
