We regret to inform our customers that there has been a further delay with our 1517 sea container, which has already been held in Germany for over a month..

We were previously informed that the container had completed customs control and was ready to be sent to us. Unfortunately, we have now been notified that the shipment must undergo a physical inspection, during which all packages will be removed and individually checked against their invoices.

This is a more extensive process than we were previously advised and will unfortunately take additional time. As of today, we have been informed that the container is expected to be on its way to us around 29 September.

We understand the inconvenience this continued delay causes. We will continue to monitor the shipment closely and provide further updates as soon as we receive them.

Estimated date of arrival in Oslo for Sea Batch 1518 as at today is the 29th of July. Kindly note that this is an estimate date and subject to change.

We’d like to inform you that due to unforeseen logistics issues at the airport cargo facility in the United States, our scheduled air cargo shipment has been delayed.

As a result, the shipment that would normally arrive today is now expected to arrive on Thursday.

We are expecting sea batch 1517 on the 8th of July in Oslo all things being equal.

We are expecting Sea batch 1515 on the 13th of May and 1516 on the 11th of June in Oslo, all things being equal.

Due to the holidays during this week when we receive 1515, we will start to send out the packages on 18.05

All things being equal, we have tentative arrival dates for our sea shipment as shown below:-

Shipping Delay Notice

We would like to inform our customers that this week’s air shipment has unfortunately been delayed.

Due to an error in transit, a portion of the shipment was unfortunately left in Denmark. Combined with the Easter holiday period, this has impacted the overall delivery timeline.

At present, we are awaiting confirmation on the revised delivery schedule. We are actively following up and will share updates as soon as more information is available.

Plans have shifted slightly for our incoming vessel on which batch 1513 is making its journey on.

The new expected arrival date is 13 April. While schedules can change, we’re looking forward to welcoming the vessel soon and will keep you updated along the way.
