Helpdesk & FAQ

Use our helpdesk when you want to contact us thru the web. You do not have to register to use this service, but if you want to look over your requests and responses you have received directly on the web and not in your e-mail program, you can do this. All inquiries will go back and forth between you and JetCarrier as e-mail directly to your e-mail.

NOTE! If you choose to register a user on our helpdesk, then this is not the same as you have when sending packages from our .com website!
